IAAC #193 | Actifit Report Card: July 30 2021
Here is my activities plus report on the 30th of July.
Physical activities:
Outside Walking: Yes.
After the Fajr prayer, I went to a nearby ATM booth to withdraw some cash. I also walked between my home, office and mosque several times.
Treadmill Walking: No.
I had time but I was lazy today. So, I didn't walk on the treadmill.
Playing with my kid: Yes.
For a short duration, after the office time.
Chamber activities:
Total duty time: 9 hours.
Just like old time. From 8:30 am to 12:30 pm; 4 hours in the morning session. From 4:00 pm to 9 pm; 5 hours in the evening session.
Total patients consulted: 39
All of them were Bangladeshi except for two Pakistanis and two Omanis.
Proof of win: Yes
