My Actifit Report on July 15 2022, Friday | MARC #761 | 16k plus steps 🚶‍♂️ and 12km plus cycling 🚲

Assalamu Alaikum! How are you? I am hoping that you are having a fantastic time. My time is also fantastic, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on the 15th of July, 2022, Friday.

On Friday, after Fajr's prayer, I went out cycling. I cycled for a little over 12km as you can see in the following picture. I had two workouts yesterday as well; two walks on the treadmill, one in the morning and another one before midnight. Moreover, after office hours, we went to a 1-Riyal shop. Altogether, I made almost 17k steps (according to the actifit app), Alhamdulillah.

Here are the workout (cycling) details (according to the Samsung health app)

There are always discrepancies in steps count in between the actifit app and Samsung health app; in the actifit app, it is always higher than the Samsung health app. Yesterday, even according to the Samsung health app, I made over 14k plus steps, Alhamdulillah. So, it was a healthy day, from the perspective of activities.

Yesterday was Jummah day. Hence, the pharmacist and I left our work at 11:45 am and went straight to the mosque to offer our Jummah prayer, Alhamdulillah. The prayer was held timely and we returned at around 1 pm.

On Friday, I consulted over 40 patients in my chamber. Many of them came with cold, cough, fever and body pain but none of them did a COVID19 test. Most of the patients I consulted yesterday were Bangladeshi. In the visa medical section, there were only 8 people. I examined 4 of them.
