Hello all Hive friends,

Hope you had a lovely Christmas.

It’s a holiday season but there is no stopping for daily exercise. Keeping that in mind I did around 30 minute walk to achieve the target.

We usually be lenient and eat a lot of stuff full of calories during holidays so we need to burn these calories as well 😊😊
