Legs session today with a great weather.
I’ve decided to warm up a bit running to reach the pitch for my workout.
Some sets of sprints and a workout circuit with almost no rest between laps to be done.
On the menu today:
- 40 meters sprint 10x
- circuit training 5x with 10-20sec rest between exercices
- straight legs deadlift with elastic bands
- seated calves 25x
- walking lunges 24x
- straight legs calves 25x
- jumping squats (pic) 4x10
I’ll be in pain tomorrow for sure :D
