Hello Actifiters !
After 2 days in the darkness of laziness and food fest I’m finally back to working out.
A bit shameful yes as I couldn’t even reach the minimum 5k activity... no excuse.
And I barely made it today.
Still enjoying the traditional lunch/dinner of Chinese New Year I ate way more than I should for lunch...
So I had to compensate and go back to my rings sessions !
Today on the menu:
- inverted rows 5x10-12
- L-sit chin-ups 5x8-12
- inverted rows with feet elevated 5x8-10
- high pulls 5x12-15
- biceps curls 5x8-12
I’ll try to keep the momentum and go for legs day tomorrow but can’t promise anything ;)
