PPL workout - PUSH

Hello there !

Good chest/shoulders/triceps session, with a slight focus on shoulders.
Mostly thanks to push-ups variations with elevated feet.

On the menu:

  • Bulgarian dips 5x8-12
  • Hindu push-ups 5x12-15
  • regular push-ups 4x15
  • push-ups with elevated feet 5x8-12
  • triceps push downs 4x12-15
    60-90sec rest between each set.

Good job on getting to the 10k spot

Wish to start working out too but there's no gym center nearby.

If I may ask, do you have any tip on home work out that can get my lazy body in shape lol

You don't need gym center ! Your wallet will thank you haha.
I use gym rings, easy to hang almost anywhere, but you need some workout years of experience to make the most out of it.
To start a workout "rehab" I would recommend a something I tried when I was young, Lafay Method.
It's all based on body weight exercises, no equipment and you can do most of it at home.
It should give you a huge boost and reach your in form shape before to switch to something more challenging.
