PPL workout - Legs day
Hello Actifiters !
Welcome to another great session about legs.
This workout was a bit particular as all my rest periods were active. By that I mean I’ve been walking/running between all my sets.
On the menu today:
- squats with resistance bands 5x20
- walking lunges 4x30
- standing calves 4x25
- jumping squats 4x15
- seating calves 4x25
- jumping jacks 4x30
