Hello there !
What is a PUSH session ? This is a session focusing on the upper body and especially the 3 following muscles groups: chest, shoulders and triceps. Coincidentally these 3 are activated wherever we are pushing things away from our body.
And what about making a session with only 3 different exercices targeting the essential 3 I’ve described below ?
That’s what I’ve done today !
- push-ups 6x15-20
- shoulders 6x15-20
- triceps push downs 6x15-20
This was quite pumping to be honest :)
