No workout today sorry, still feeling muscle pain in my legs so I had to skip this one.
Instead just some good steps next to the beach ;)

I hope you feel better tomorrow. I thought you would be walking on concrete or the streets because the ground is flat. On uneven surfaces like sand, I think it puts more stress on your legs right?

I actually walked a lot on concrete too, just this part was looking better for a pic ;)
Regarding the stress on the legs, I'd day walking on sand is better for the joints ad would challenge your stabilisation muscles more than walking on even surface. Walking on concrete is still ok but running on concrete is a real joint killer.

Oh nice. Thanks for explaining why. I always did consider even surfaces better for your muscles but I stand corrected.
