Session based on push-ups and variations.
On the menu today:
- dips 4x8-12
- regular push-ups 4x15-20
- inclined push-ups 4x12-15
- diamond push-ups 4x8-12
- shoulder press 4x12-15
- triceps push down 4-12-15
