Hello Actifiters !
Finally got some time for myself and a good back/biceps workout.
Very dynamic as my “rest” period between sets were actually 200-300 hundred steps walking/running.
On the menu:
- regular pull-ups 5x6-10
- wide grip pull-ups 4x6-8
- close grip pull-ups 4x6-8
- chin-ups 6x6-12
Very challenging !
