On the menu:
- L-sit chin-ups 5x8-12
- inverted rows 5x10-12
- high pulls 5x12-15
- biceps curls 5x10-12
- regular pull-ups 5x6-8

Are you busy with the LeoBridge? I think the den and LPs are set and forget since the blocks have decreased.
Still have to play with it twice a day but you're right, a lot less of maintenance.
I'm really struggling to decide between den and farm. I've moved all in den 2 days ago but have been reinvesting gains in farm again. Price is not rocketing so I'm wasting gains in den at the moment.
I think either one is fine. As I didn't have much CUB, I left it to grow in the den and then I'll compound it every few months. I think the price can go either way so I wouldn't want to try doing a bunch of trading.
