PPL workout - PUSH
Hey Actifiters !
Chest, shoulders and triceps session today. Didn’t push it too hard with 4 exercices only but increased the number of sets.
On the menu:
- inclined push-ups 6x10-15
- handstand hold 6x60seconds
- shoulder press 6x15
- triceps push 6x12-15
