PPL workout - legs day
Hello Actifiters !
Today was legs session and I did it with a circuit . No rest between laps but 30sec rest between each set. Repeat for 5 laps.
On the menu:
- squats x25
- Romanian deadlift x15
- standing calves x30
- glutes bridge x15
- static lunges x30
- seating calves x30

I think my legs would be fairly sore if I had to do that workout with only a 30 second rest between the sets.
Feel free to add more rest between sets or even to allow yourself 2-3 minutes rest when you complete a lap.
