PPL workout - legs
Hey there !
Late legs session but I didn’t skip it ;)
Once again I’ve been through all the exercices following a circuit. 30sec rest between each set, repeat for 5 laps.
On the menu:
- jumping squats x15
- lateral lunges x20
- standing calves x30
- Romanian deadlift x15
- walking lunges x20
- glutes bridges x15

Unfortunately it's been a while I didn't play now :(
I hope everything goes back to normal soon. The news keeps shouting more variants but I am just fed up with the lockdowns.
Lockdowns won't be accepted ad vitam aeternam, people will revolt (I hope)
