PPL workout - PUSH

Hello everyone !

I did a low intensity session yesterday. Pretty much focused on shoulders. Still fighting against a long term tendinitis there so I try to be careful.

On the menu:

  • piked push-ups 5x15
  • shoulder presses hammer grip 5x15
  • declined push-ups 5x15
  • triceps push downs 5x15
  • Hindu push-ups 5x15

It takes very long to recover but I can't complain, I'm still able to do most of my stuff :)
