PPL workout - PUSH
Hello everyone !
I did a low intensity session yesterday. Pretty much focused on shoulders. Still fighting against a long term tendinitis there so I try to be careful.
On the menu:
- piked push-ups 5x15
- shoulder presses hammer grip 5x15
- declined push-ups 5x15
- triceps push downs 5x15
- Hindu push-ups 5x15

Sorry to hear about the tendinitis and I hope there are no issues.
It takes very long to recover but I can't complain, I'm still able to do most of my stuff :)
