My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2021
Hello Actifiters !
Late posting but I didn’t miss the yesterday back/biceps session.
Can’t say it was really high intensity but I can feel some muscle pain today so it was not totally useless :D
On the menu:
- regular pull-ups 5x6-10
- inverted rows 5x12-15
- high pulls 5x15
- biceps curls 5x8-12
- false grip assisted chin-ups 5x8-12
I’ll try to go for legs session later today.
