PPL workout - legs

Hello there !

Damn legs day seems to be coming more often than others :D
Plus i didn’t have much motivation today but I did my session anyway.

Today on the menu:

  • 30 meters sprints x10
  • squats 5x15-20
  • lateral lunges 5x20
  • standing calves 5x30
  • Romanian deadlift 5x15
  • walking lunges 5x20

And that’s it ! Have a good day !

Haha this time just going down and up once to go to my training place.
But you reminded me that I should do a steps training on those 120 steps !
