PPL workout - PULL + cheese
Hello everyone !
Good back and biceps session, under the sun and the hot weather. Workout at noon will start to become difficult and will have to move it to evening.
On the menu:
- wide grip pull-ups 5x6-8
- close grip pull-ups 5x6-8
- high pulls 5x10-12
- biceps curls 5x8-12
- inverted tucked rows 5x6-8
I deserved a baked Camembert with honey and toast after that right ? ;)

Aww, this is cruelty!!! That bread look so inviting. I haven't had bread for 3 weeks now and must continue. 😟

Ah sure bread is not really the best companion to lose weight :D
When I start seeing an unusual amount of fat on my body I don’t cut my diet but I double my workout haha
That will work once I reach my ideal weight :)
Nice dinner. I am getting hungry since I haven't eaten lunch yet. Maybe I'll have to go get something after I finish my rounds of commenting.
