PPL workout - PULL
Hello everyone !
I switched my rings for some “natural” rings from the kids playground ;)
So it was back and biceps session, plenty of pull-ups for you guys.
On the menu:
- wide grip pull-ups 5x6-8
- hammer grip chin-ups 5x8-10
- close grip pull-ups 5x6-8
- Australian close grip pull-ups 4x10
- high pulls 4x10-12
