PPL workout - PUSH
Hello everyone !
Another night session, perfect for a hard push.
And I can tell you I’m feeling the soreness today .
I tried to focus a bit more on the shoulders, kind of regret now :D
On the menu:
- regular push-ups 4x15
- handstand push-ups 4x3-5
- piked push-ups 5x12-15
- shoulder press 5x15-20
- Hindu push-ups 5x12-15
- triceps pushdowns 5x10-12

Will it affect your workouts in the future? Why do I think it will be an excuse in the future to just walk instead of working out lol
Haha it will affect my trainings indeed. I’m working out outdoors since covid, no more gym subscription for me.
When it’s raining my options are limited AND my motivation too haha.
But it’s not raining often enough to stop me ;)
