Hello everyone !
Forgot to post yesterday workout, back and biceps.
So here it is:
- regular pull-ups 5x6-8
- assisted one arm chin-ups 4x3-5 (each arm)
- chin-ups 4x8-10
- inverted rows 5x12
- inverted tucked chin-ups 4x4-6

Are your arms still sore?
Triceps were till sore yesterday and today biceps are sore. But it’s slight and wouldn’t even prevent me from working out
