PPL workout - Legs
Hello everyone !
Legs day yesterday and weather was bad, a bit of rain here and there.
I tried to mix some fast pace running with some static exercices.
On the menu:
- fast pace running 20x~150m
- jumping over the box + squats 5x15
- Bulgarian lunges 5x20
- standing calves 5x30
- straight legs deadlift 5x15

Rain means staying inside and walking around the house. Do you still do a lot of walking and workouts outside even when it is raining?
Usually I don’t even put a toe outside when it’s raining :D
Here the rain is never staying too long though. There’s usually an opportunity during the day to do my activity.
Now that I think about it, I don't remember the rain staying longer than half a day or so in Hong Kong when I visited my grand parents a few years back. Its nice but the cold weather afterwards and the wet ground would still be annoying.
Usually that's quick yes, but true that wet ground is annoying for some workouts.
In terms of weather we started the hot days, going to lose some weight haha.
