PPL workout - PUSH - parallel bars
Hello everyone !
Yesterday I found a new spot with parallel bars. No rings this time but plenty of chest and shoulders exercices anyway.
On the menu:
- regular push-ups 5x15
- decline push-ups 5x20
- dips 5x15
- shoulder press 5x15
- triceps pushdowns 5x12
- some callisthenics freestyle moves

This place looks nice. I like the surrounding.
A good place to work out in an open space.
The place is almost perfect, outdoors, under the shade... just way too many mosquitos :D
Maybe mosquitos also go there to do some workouts. lol...
I was thinking more like a "all you can eat" buffet for them :D
