PPL workout - Legs
Hello everyone !
Yesterday session was all about legs and here’s the menu:
- squats 5x25
- Romanian deadlift 5x15
- standing calves 3x30
- seating calves 3x30
- lateral lunges 4x20
- glutes bridge 4x20

legs for days. Keep it up.
I am surprised you still walked 5k with all the leg workouts lol.
When I add some walking/running during the active rest period between the sets, it counts for 3/4k already.
Easy to reach the 5k after that ;)
