PPL workout - PUSH
Hello everyone !
Proudly didn’t break the consistency streak I’m on. One more chest/shoulders workout added to the collection.
Didn’t take a pic during the session so here’s one of the little garden on the terrasse ;)
Today I’ve been working harder on the pseudo planche push-ups and handstand push-ups.
That fired my shoulders up but still added some kettlebell exercices to finish it up.
