PPL workout - PULL

Hello everyone !

I did a back workout in the morning and then been to east island to enjoy the sunset, hence the number of steps ;)
The session today was light in terms of exercices but intense with almost no rest between sets.
Each set was coupled with a skipping set, 30sec rest to the next set.
