PPL workout - Legs
Hello everyone !
I’ve been running errands in the morning hence another 10k steps, twice in a row !
And been doing a legs session on the rooftop with this sunset.
Today session was very basic with 2 exercices done on superset with a set of rope skipping.
First exercice was thrusters - squat with kettlebell finishing in a shoulder press.
Second one was Romanian deadlift.
Added 4 sets of seating calves and more sets of skipping.
