PPL workout - PULL
Hello everyone !
Today was a good back/biceps session while the moon tried to meet the sun :)
Wasn’t able to reach 10k but could get the 5k minimum though.
I honestly almost skipped the workout but found some motivation finally.
Once again I did stick with back exercises super set with rope skipping.
Pull-ups wide grip, chin-ups, inverted rows and high pulls today.
Then some biceps curls isolation.
