PPL workout - Legs

Hello everyone !

Yesterday was legs session and I can say I feel the soreness today.
All sets done were immediately followed by a rope set.

On the menu today:

  • jumping squats 5x12-15
  • kettlebell swings 5x20-25
  • straight legs deadlift 5x12-15
  • seating calves 5x30
  • lateral lunges 5x20

Ok I was a bit ashamed to tell you but as you bringing back this topic I will ask :D
I'm not able to edit the book you link anymore, I don't know if I did something wrong or just didn't something I should have (like create an account there?).
If you ca help me I will submit activity there again.
