PPL workout - Double the fun
PPL workout - double the fun
I didn’t post yesterday because I didn’t reach the minimum activity but could squeeze a legs session between 2 showers.
Weather has been tough past few days but today was clear and I could add a PUSH workout.
This is the wall I use to practice my handstands push-ups/hold.
I’m still rope skipping almost everyday and start to think about buying a new rope, better quality, more durable.
Have a good day !

Thank you for your kind words my friend.
It's considered country side but still very "city-like" here, in the future I will move to a full natural place like the one you live in ;)
That sounds very nice, take care my friend!!😀

I wonder if it is safe to do leg sessions while the floor is all wet. I don't know but I feel like I would be worried about slipping.
That's definitely something to be cautious with. To be safe I did only static exercises.
And rope skipping could be considered as static as well in the sense that's very little jumps at the exact same place :)
