PPL workout - PUSH
Hello everyone !
I missed the deadline to post yesterday but I didn’t skip the session, so here it is.
It was a chest/shoulders session and I trained a bit longer than usual.
Not that I reduced the intensity but just did more sets, apparently I was on a good condition.
There were different variations of push-ups (regular on floor, hammer grip on parallettes and decline on wall), some shoulder presses, lateral and front raises, triceps extensions.
And some callisthenics with handstand and tucked planche to L-sit transitions on parallettes.
