PPL workout - Legs
Hello everyone !
I got a workout companion yesterday, not the speedy type as you can see so he stayed with me for a good part of it :D
The rope skipping was good, proper form of execution, not much tripping or even friction.
Exercices wise it was squats, deadlift, kettlebell swings and calves.
