PPL workout - PULL
Hello everyone !
I’m glad I’ve been motivated to do this back and biceps session on Friday because I’ve done nothing today haha.
Well nothing except chilling in the swimming pool with beers and whisky. Very far from the healthy workout :D
But yesterday was a good session with:
- pull-ups 6x5-8
- inverted rows 6x10-12
- chin-ups 6x5-8
- high pulls 6x10-12
- biceps curls 3x8-10
