PPL workout - PULL

Hello everyone !

No no I haven’t been kidnapped by my laziness, I’ve actually done my legs and PUSH workout in the past 2 days but just couldn’t reach the 5k activity.
Well today was PULL day and I reached the minimum activity so here’s my post.

On the menu:

  • inverted rows 5x10-12
  • wide grip pull-ups 5x6-8
  • skin the cat 4x4-6
  • high pulls 5x10-12
  • biceps curls 5x8-10
