Hello everyone !

No that’s not workout tools but shisha tools I bought today ;)
But I’ve done a good chest workout to share with you.

On the menu:

  • regular push-ups 5x15
  • wide grip push-ups 5x12
  • tucked planche to L-sit 5x5
  • shoulder presses 5x20
  • triceps extensions 5x15
