Ancora una volta sopra i 10000 passi giornalieri.
Ancora una volta questi passi valgono almeno 20000 passi per via del caldo.
Passi fatti al lavoro, per andare e tornare dall'ufficio e dai vari appuntamenti coi clienti, ma non proprio solo così, anche con una bella mezz'oretta di tapis roulant in versione camminata con pesi.
Quindi aggiungerei anche sollevamento pesi.
