Dzień jak codzień rehabilitacja plus kilka chwil spędzonych na zabawie ze zwierzakami. Są pocieszne i poprawiają mi humor a co za tym idzie i samopoczucie.

Od dzisiaj czas na realizację postanowienia - dieta keto, to moja któraś z kolei próba zrzucenia wagi. Mocno zachwalają tą dietę, może w końcu się uda. Chciałbym zjechać co najmniej do 85 kg z wagi 118 kg. Czy to możliwe wkrótce się przekonam. Jutro opis do dzisiejszej diety.
