Exercise is great for maintaining our body's fitness and health. exercising regularly makes us accustomed to being active so that we will be excited when doing something.
In addition to maintaining physical fitness, it helps us also maintain our mental health in a simple way, training our empathy with fellow beings.
Every morning jogging, I do not forget to bring cat food, if I meet stray cats on the edge of the road I feed them.
There is a sensation when feeding these stray cats, they rub their heads to our feet while meowing.
As if they give prayers that we are always given excess fortune and can continue to feed them.
