My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2020

Hello! No walking or hiking today. Just some daily activity and house chores. I was checking the watch when I was getting ready to post this. I am averaging fewer steps per day this year than last year. Last year I was working in a deli, so I was on my feet all day. Apparently it was a lot of steps.

Sometimes we take daily activity for granted. That was a lot of steps for that job but you never really notice.
