My Actifit Report Card: December 4 2020
Hello everyone! Morning found us having some oatmeal pancake squares for breakfast. Then we had to head to the capital for a doctor’s appointment.
After the doctor’s, we had to do some shopping. Our local grocery store did not have some items we needed so we went to a larger one in the chain. We also wanted to go to a fishmonger store rather than a grocery store for fresh fish. Having to change our diets to try to get cholesterol out of our cooking.
On the way home we headed to a lake to try to get some walking in but it was closed for the season. The scenery home was pretty.
When we got home we decided to take a walk around the block before dinner. The demolition was even further along.
Dinner was some black sea bass we bought at the fishmonger. I used a recipe (modified) where a put 3/4 cup of white rice in a baking dish and added 1/2 salsa and 1 1/4 cup water and placed the pieces of fish in and baked at 375 F. Our veggie serving was a green shake (power greens, pineapple, blueberries, banana and almond milk). It was delicious!
I saw the sunset over the mountains was pretty. Took a picture from the back porch.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, had to change the diet and lifestyle. The six pack of my youth is now a beer keg in my old age.
