Soccer, Swings and Strolling | Actifit: August 25 2020
Today me and the kids played soccer, dodgeball and enjoyed the swings together. It's so nice to live close to multiple parks, and to have family who enjoy activities outside.
One of my favorites was playing pass with my wife with the soccer ball. We dont do that kind of thing often so its very special when we are able to do so.
Not only is fresh air and vitamin D important but just the memories and distraction from home bound monotony is a real joy.
