Overworked not Overwhelmed | Actifit: Sep 1 2020

Lately I have been inactive, sadly the 5K step requirement is just steep for my lazy ass.

It's not that I don't love activity or movement it's just that lately I have been busy with indoor activities, work and play. One such distraction has been this amazing Netflix series Norsemen.

Aside from the distractions life has been good, and here is one nice shot of our recent outings. The photo is from out family walk this afternoon.
