Mi informe de Actifit: febrero 27 2026

Good evening, fitfam! 🏃💨 Time to log another day of gains and... well, hunger! 😂

The mission today was simple: Wake up, crush it, eat everything. 🍽️👊

✅ Ab-pocalypse Now! 🤯 Did 4 rounds of 25 crunches. That’s 100 crunches total! My abs are currently in witness protection because they don't want to be found. 🕵️‍♂️💥

✅ Plank Party! 🥳 Followed that up with 4 sets of planks (20 reps each). I was vibrating more than my phone on a wooden table. 📳😅

✅ Sunset Squad Run! 🌅☀️ At 5 PM sharp, met up with the boys for a little jog. Nothing too crazy, just running and catching up. We probably looked slow, but we felt fast. That counts, right? 🐢💨

And now... the most important part of the day: RECOVERY MEALS! 🥘🔥
Standing in front of the microwave like it's a campfire, waiting for my food to heat up because I am STAAAAARVING. The hunger is real, guys. The hunger is real. 😩🍝

¡Buenas noches, familia fitness! 🏃💨 ¡Hora de reportar otro día de puro poderío y... bueno, de hambre canina! 🐶😂

La misión de hoy fue simple: Levantarse, romperla, y comerse el mundo. 🌍👊

✅ El Apocalipsis Abdominal! 🤯 Me mandé 4 rondas de 25 abdominales. ¡100 abdominales en total! Mis abdominales pidieron asilo político porque no quieren que los encuentren. 🕵️‍♂️💥

✅ Fiesta de Planchas! 🥳 Luego le seguí con 4 tandas de planchas (20 repeticiones cada una). Estaba temblando más que mi celular en vibrador. 📳😅

✅ Carrera con la Banda! 🌅☀️ A las 5 PM en punto, salí a correr un ratito con los amigos. Nada del otro mundo, solo echando chisme mientras corríamos. Seguro íbamos lentos, pero en nuestra mente parecía que volábamos. ¿Eso cuenta, verdad? 🐢💨

Y ahora... la parte más importante del día: ¡MOMENTO DE COMIDA! 🥘🔥
Estoy aquí frente al microondas como si fuera una fogata, esperando a que se caliente la comida porque estoy MURIÉNDOME DE HAMBRE. No es un juego, gente. No es un juego. 😩🍝
