My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2020

Hello actifitters! I feel like my body badly needs to recover today. It is still in sore due to constantly working out almost everyday. As I mentioned with my previous posts I have been doing cardio, low impact high intensity workout routine lately but today since my body is still recovering I just did some workout dance routine. I did the bollywood fitness workout routine tonight. It's basically a bollywood dance for men and women and I am really loving it. I am glad I am able to achieve my goal before I hit the sack.
