Yesterday was Saturday, I should have done a long walk as I used to but I didn't feel like it. Instead, the steps as recorded by my Fitbit (and synchronized in Actifit) were the result of normal daily activity

In the evening we went for a light walk with my husband. It had rained during the day and there were lots of snails
