I started my day with an EMOM = Every Minute On the Minute. Basically, i performed ten reps of goblet squats on each minute and the rest of the minute i did a recovery exercise such as skaters or v ups. Then, i cleaned out the garage. It was a huge mess! But, do glad its done! Ready for a relaxing weekend!
