Quarantine Life Day 170 / My Actifit Report Card: August 31 2020

Good day Actifitters!

Back with my @actifit report today. Quite late as I did some stuff earlier. At the moment, it's been gloomy and even rained few hours ago. It's the first day of Septenber, and it's been declared that we will remain at Modified General Community Quarantine until the end of the month. As noticed, it won't be just 15 days, rather month long.

The current coronavirus total cases is already 25.3 million. United States has tens of thousands of new cases, now at 6.1 million. Brazil is getting closer to 4 million, now at 3.9 million, while in India, the total is over 3.6 million.

The number here in the Philippines has already surpassed 220k. Recoveries total at 157k. There are few recoveries here in Pangasinan but the new number of cases makes the surge to total 86 active cases.

Actifit Report

After some days, I reached my goal yesterday even surpassing 7,400 activity counts. I did my exercises starting from stretching, sit-ups, push-ups, treadmill, jumping, etc. I also did my daily chores, activities, and walking around.

I did my laundry in the morning, and updated the DCR in the afternoon.
