Good day Actifitters!

The number of cases here in province is going down. It is a good development as we reached the lowest after months. However, there are a number of deaths, though unsure if those really died of Covid19 or other causes. The virus really changed our way of life, but we shouldn't lose hope that our lives will be better someday.

Covid19 Cases

Compared to yesterday, the surge today is quite lower now with total at 56.43 million, along with this tally from the most affected countries: United States (11.76 million), India (8.95 million), Brazil (5.98 million), France (2.08 million) and Russia (2.01 million). Check the that data can be found here. As observed, France and Russia has over 2 million already.

It's been more than a week already that Philippines is tallying below 2k per day, now with 413k. Hopefully, surges will go down further. Here in Pangasinan, the total active cases is 236.

Actifit Report

I'm early to wake up but can't get out of the bed immediately. Just letting some time to pass, and when I already have the energy, I went downstairs. I joined the letter writing in the morning as I am the guide, then worked online in the afternoon while watching TV. I exercised in the afternoon, which I usually do on a daily basis.
